Maybe this explains why (following my brief period living in California) I'm always vaguely disappointed when I get the Massachusetts "Information for Voters" booklet. This cycle, we have two binding ballot questions and two non-binding ballot questions, and I'm kind of looking around like "where's the rest of it?"
