I definitely find PL less terrifying now that I get to go to conferences as Cool Industry Uncle, and not as Tiny Minion Being Judged And Assessed By Scary People :)
I haven't read your dissertation, but since it doesn't seem to be on your web page, and you don't seem to have a web page, how could I have? That's my excuse for now :)
