Can you tell what he says at the end of his comment? Something like "...and you don't have to worry about [controlling bad programming behavior?] because they usually don't program; they usually leave that to us?"

(I wonder if he's considered that maybe the fact that his source of Haskell converts is a *math department* is an influence on how much they like programming, rather than their gender.)
