"Loldiers of Odin" is great. That said, I just don't know enough about comparative politics to be able to say anything general about when contempt and mocking are always effective. Theoretically, in the US, before the election, those might have worked against Trump, but lots of people tried them and they failed because their mocking was based on Trump being stupid and boorish, which are reasons why his supporters loved him. So that was ineffective. And now that he has genuine power, laughing at him has pretty limited value given what a threat he poses (laughing only works when people don't really have power over you yet).

Plus, a lot of the mocking of Trump has centered around gendered characteristics ("small hands" as obvious euphemism for "small dick") and given the splash damage from that, I wish people would just avoid it completely and treat him as a threat rather than a fool.
