I know it's at least not un-heard-of; an ex of mine would sometimes sit down to pee because he could read that way. (And he wasn't willing to go more than 30 seconds without reading.) I'm definitely not worried about the whole being-like-other-guys aspect (some trans guys early on get worried about guys noticing in the men's room that their feet are pointing the wrong way, and it's like... no one is paying that much attention, derp), it's just that having the ability to stand to pee is kind of cool and it would be less awkward without having to position my P-Style delicately without taking off my pants :-) (I'm doing my best in these comment replies to reach every frontier of TMI that's possible.)
