I can't tell you what Obama's going to do in Afghanistan and I doubt he could tell you with much certainty either, but he's not a "war for the sake of war" sorta guy.
wasn't the point! you were talking about shifting money away from war to social services for fixing problems within the country. i specifically asked what made you believe this would happen. doesn't matter what his motivation is if the end effect is still war, but just in a different country. still discounts your original point about the shifting.
